Contract for Mentoring
I, _____________________, will be actively mentoring ____________________ during the 2007-2008 school year. This will include a minimum of weekly meetings, 3 formal observations and related conferences. A log of meetings will be kept for documentation purposes. It will also require either current or previous participation in the Mentoring Seminar, a 1 credit UVM Graduate Course, and participation in the biannual plenaries. For my work as a mentor, I will be compensated $ 1,000 payable in June.
